Electrical Connection

Fully qualified electrician certified mains connection from the building to house consumer unit using armoured cabling, secured to your boundary. Typical installations costs vary between £500.00 to £1000.00. We can advise costings during a site survey.
Internal Recessed Downlights
POA
Internal recessed LED downlights can be added to the inside of your building. The internal roof height is lowered by 25mm to accommodate the recessed LED lighting and transformers. The downlights are installed flush within the plastered ceiling. Please call for specific pricing.
Canopy Roof Side Extension
POA
As standard our canopy/concave design buildings have a projecting roof canopy to the entire front of the building. As an option we can extend the canopy to extend 0.5m to either one side or both sides of the garden building.
Double Socket - White

Each garden building already includes 4 x white double electrical sockets. Additional white double electrical socket are available when more power sockets are required. Includes concealed electrical wiring inside the timber walls and installation. Price each.
Double Socket - Brushed Aluminium

Optional bushed aluminium double electrical socket. Each building already includes 4 x white double electrical sockets. You can upgrade the white sockets to the brushed aluminium version. Includes concealed electrical wiring inside the timber walls and installation. Price each.
Canopy Roof Downlights

Optional external roof canopy LED downlights can be added to all the canopy and concave design garden buildings. The recessed downlights are spaced one per metre apart underneath the projecting roof canopy. Includes concealed wiring, electrical transformers, a separate light switch and installation. Price each
External Up\Down Lights

Optional external up\down wall lights. These contemporary and practical wall lights can be added to any external wall on your garden building. The most popular option is putting one either side of the main patio or sliding door section. Includes concealed wiring, separate light switch and installation. Price each.
External Waterproof Double Socket

An optional waterproof IP66 rated double electrical socket can be fitted to the outside of your garden building. The polycarbonate RCD protected 13A double switched external socket is ideal for powering outdoor garden lights, power tools and gardening equipment. Includes wiring and installation. Price each.
LED Ceiling Light Panel - 600mm x 600mm

Glass Panel Heater

Optional slimline glass panel heater 1.5Kw. The slimline glass panel heater comes complete with a 24hr timer, thermal protection and adjustable thermostat. The glass panel heaters are extremely energy efficient, attractive and wall mountable. Includes installation. Price each.
Click Smart Hub

The Click Smart Hub upgrade option with its high tec Wi-Fi enabled Smart sockets, light switches and temperature sensor. From your mobile you can remotely control individual sockets, light switches (on, off,dim), both internal and external lighting and set heating temperatures and daily time schedules.
Rainwater Butt

Decking - Composite

Internal Dividing Wall

Divide the space inside your garden building with an internal wall. Timber framed wall, fully insulated, plaster boarded and plaster skimmed on both sides. Includes skirting boards. The exact location of the wall can be decided on site. Price per m2.
Internal Timber Door

Acoustic Wall Panels

Internal acoustic wall cladding is a design solution that enhances both the visual appeal and acoustic practicality of interior spaces. A popular choice in both offices and living rooms. Available in: Antique Oak, Expresso, Golden Pine, Pebble Grey and Hazel.
Acoustic Plasterboard

Inside all our buildings you will find traditional plaster boarded and plaster skimmed walls and ceiling. The standard plaster boards can be upgraded to 15mm high density acoustic mass plasterboards to reduce noise transmission through the walls and ceiling. Price per m2.
Acoustic Insulation

The standard insulation in the walls and floor can be upgraded to specialist Knauf acoustic thermal slab insulation. This acoustic version absorbs and regulates noise when additional sound reduction is required. Price per m2.
Acoustic Glass

Any double glazed door or window units can be upgraded to include specialist acoustic glass double glazed units. Acoustic glass reduces noise to acceptable levels without sacrificing daylight. Suitable for buildings installed near roads, railways, airports, factories etc. Price per m2.
